Princess 0.2


Balance changes:

  • Increased speed of default projectile, as well as its range and fire rate.
  • Made princess 10% faster.
  • Moved the princess to the center of the screen (she was slightly closer to the screen's bottom).

Additions:

  • New Enemy; Ranged Enemy
    • Shoots fast-moving projectiles at the princess.
    • Has a long attack animation and an aiming light.
    • Has the same health as the melee enemy
  • Pickups
    • Pickups now have a chance of dropping from enemies when defeated.
    • Melee enemies have a 10% chance to drop an item.
    • Summoners enemies have a 30% chance to drop an item.
      • Summoned enemies cannot drop items.
    • Ranged enemies have a 50% chance to drop an item.
    • Picking up a red gem will change your lantern to a red one.
    • Picking up a green gem will change your lantern to a green one.
  • New Lantern; Red
    • The projectile moves at 2/3 the speed of the default projectile.
    • The projectile does three times the damage as the default projectile. (defeats melee and ranged enemies in one hit)
    • The projectile is 50% bigger than the default projectile.
  • New Lantern; Green
    • The projectile moves at twice the speed of the default projectile.
    • The projectile does half the damage as the default projectile. (defeats melee and ranged enemies in six hit)
    • The projectile is 50% smaller than the default projectile.

Bug Fixes:

  • The princess is now taking seizure medication and can now look directly up and down without ill effect.
